Between traditional BIM and AI-accelerated workflows.

I studied architecture at the Brandenburg University of Technology in Cottbus-Senftenberg, and obtained an Associated degree in integral construction management from Hogeschool Rotterdam. I worked for five years as a BIM Modeler via Randstad at Dura Vermeer, guiding residential and infrastructure projects.

Since 2024 I've been with Heijmans in The Hague — one of the Netherlands' largest construction firms. Day to day, I focus on multi-disciplinary coordination, Revit templates that actually get used, and Dynamo scripts that strip out the manual work.

For the past two years my attention has shifted to what fascinates me most: AI in BIM. Not hype talk — concrete workflows that save 30–40% on clash detection, family naming, and documentation. I share that through consulting, training, and open publications.
